My motto is, "Your mouth is the window to  your body".  During my career in dentistry,   I found that my patients wanted to know more about their oral health and how it was related to our overall health. As I continued treating my patients and expanding my education, it became increasingly clear there was a proven connection between nutrition and optimal health.

I had a large meridian chart on the wall of the teeth and body connections.  This fascinated them.  Time being an issue during their appointments, I put together protocols related to all their questions for my staff to give to them as they were leaving.

This was the birthing of my book, "Matters of the Mouth".

My retirement in 2023,  gave me the opportunity to complete my book.  And the timing couldn't have been better.  With the new awareness of the MAHA mission, Make America Healthy Again, my book, which is a first of it's kind, is a go to source  for every home and family.

Many years of work have gone into developing this book in an effort to share this knowledge with others. I was asked by my patients on a daily basis many of these fundamental questions in order to understand how to get to the root of their health concerns.
